My friend mistakenly purchased the new Avatar From 10k gems, is there any way for admins to resolve this issue? and return his gems by removing the Avatar from his account, because by a wrong click he accidentally bought the 10k Avatar it was a failure in the game, why until then he clicked to leave the purchase tab, If possible also place some purchase confirmation when buying an Avatar in stores.

I have 2 special capsules because of this , buying auto train and buy training suits , ect, ect..... 10k gems and they turned you from being a window shopper to an shopper.... the disguise isn't even worth 10k
